HiGlass caters to both artists and audiences alike cultivating a safe and creative space for people of all backgrounds to celebrate art in its many forms.

Through our regular cabarets we introduce diverse and emerging talent to the New York City area and by growing our offerings we showcase songwriters, poets, performers, graphic artists, instrumentalists, and technical design.

Founded in 2017, HiGlass Productions began as a discussion over beer between friends.

Wondering how they could support fellow actors and performers who have talent, but lacked the exposure/credits to make it big, or performers who were simply searching for more opportunities to perform, a group of like minded thespians banded together to put on their first Halloween cabaret titled Not Your Mummy’s Halloween.

After getting their feet wet organizing the first cabaret, they took on the larger undertaking of putting together a fully staged, choreographed, and originally scripted holiday show. Following the success of these two shows, HiGlass ramped up their cabaret offerings, starting four separate series.

Now having performed in venues all over Manhattan and Long Island CIty including Broadway Comedy Club, Drom, Don’t Tell Mama, LIC Bar, and Main Street Theatre and Dance Alliance, they have established themselves with the community as a supporter of talented actors and dedicated industry professionals poised to continue their growth and theatre offerings.

“Performing and working alongside HiGlass Productions has been an experience like no other and drastically influenced my confidence and ability. These are talented, passionate, and supportive individuals who are committed to giving a platform to artists to share their work. It was the sole reason I began performing my own original poetry, and I couldn’t thank them enough. From the Roosevelt Island Holiday Spectacular, to the Nasty Women Cabaret, HiGlass Productions consistently provides the highest quality performances, coaching, and support in the fastest-paced city in the world.”

"HiGlass Productions has given me such raw and exploratory performance opportunities!  Sarah and Ryan have pushed and encouraged me to take risks I've never thought of before, and I'm so grateful for that! My experiences with them have been so influential to my development as a performer. I will always be willing to work with them!"
